Our company is currently one of the biggest machinery copper base alloy parts manufacturers in China. Our registered capital is 8 million USD, covers an area of 66667 square meter. Main product is all kinds of copper base alloy rod, bushingbearing and forging parts etc. Our production capacity is an annual output 3000 tons of copper base alloy parts, 15000 tons of rod with specifications complete, between 5000kg and 0.1kg per piece. The products are widely used in mining machines, marine machinery, wind power, hydropower, forging machine and other equipment.
Our company researched and developed high lead bronze centrifugal casting equipment,the maximum diameter of product is 3000mm. The weight of casting blank is 5015kgs. Lead content can reach 20% with good strength and appearance. If the diameter is lower than 1.5 meters. We can reach 25% lead content with good strength and appearance. The maximum diameter of aluminium bronze is 2.9 meters. The net weight is 2700KG. That is application for marine products.
